Do I need to approve every response?
That's completely up to you. You can enable auto-post for a fully hands-off experience, or use the approval queue to review each response before it goes live. Most businesses start with approval mode, then switch to auto-post after a week of seeing the quality.
Is my Google account data safe?
Absolutely. We use Google's official OAuth2 protocol, which means we never see your Google password. Your access tokens are stored server-side with encryption, and all data is protected by Row Level Security. We're fully compliant with Google's Business Profile API terms of service.
