Our Commitment

TitanReply is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards. We strive to make TitanReply usable by all people, regardless of disability status or the technology they use to access our service.

Accessibility Standards

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including blindness, low vision, deafness, hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these.

WCAG is developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and represents the most widely recognized web accessibility standard globally.

Accessibility Measures We Take

We implement the following measures to ensure TitanReply is accessible to all users:

  • Semantic HTML: We use semantic HTML throughout the application to provide meaningful structure that assistive technologies can understand
  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements are accessible via keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicators
  • Color Contrast: We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios (at least 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text) to ensure readability for users with low vision
  • Alt Text: All images and icons include descriptive alt text or aria-labels for screen readers
  • Form Labels: Form inputs have associated labels and ARIA attributes to assist users with assistive technologies
  • Responsive Design: Our design is responsive and works across all screen sizes and devices, including mobile devices and tablets
  • Skip Navigation: We provide skip navigation links to allow users to bypass repetitive content
  • ARIA Attributes: We use ARIA attributes to enhance the semantic meaning of interactive elements where necessary

Third-Party Content & Services

TitanReply integrates with third-party services (Google, Stripe, OpenAI, Supabase) for core functionality. While we ensure our integration points are accessible, we are not responsible for the accessibility of third-party platforms themselves. If you experience accessibility issues with integrated third-party services, we recommend contacting those providers directly for support.
