TitanReply FAQ

Straight answers about the waitlist, demo, pricing preview, Google review access, and Review Shield.

Current Status

What is TitanReply?+

TitanReply is a prelaunch review response tool for local businesses. After launch, it is planned to monitor Google reviews, draft reply options in the business's voice, and keep approval in the owner's hands before anything is posted.

Can I create an account today?+

No. TitanReply is waitlist-only right now. You can join the waitlist, try the public demo, and use the free review response generator after joining the waitlist.

Can I buy a plan today?+

No. Billing is disabled during prelaunch. The pricing page shows planned launch pricing so businesses can compare plans before access opens.

What happens after I join the waitlist?+

We save your email and send launch updates when account access is ready. The waitlist does not require a card or Google connection.

Demo and Free Generator

Is the demo using real businesses?+

No. The demo uses fictional businesses and sample reviews. It shows the planned workflow without connecting to a real Google Business Profile.

How does the free review response generator work?+

Paste one review, choose the rating and tone, then join the waitlist to unlock three preview drafts for that email. The generator is a preview, not the full review monitoring product.

Why does the generator require the waitlist?+

The waitlist gate limits abuse and keeps the free tool focused on serious visitors. It also gives you launch updates when the full workflow opens.

Google Reviews

Do I need a Google Business Profile?+

Yes. After launch, TitanReply will require an active Google Business Profile that you own or manage. The Google connection step is closed during prelaunch.

Will TitanReply post replies without approval?+

The product is designed around approval first. Owners can review, edit, approve, or reject drafts before public posting.

Can TitanReply help with negative reviews?+

Yes. TitanReply is planned to draft calm, specific replies that acknowledge the concern and avoid public arguments. Sensitive situations should still get owner review before posting.

Review Shield

Can TitanReply remove Google reviews?+

No software can guarantee Google review removal. Review Shield is planned to help identify possible policy issues and prepare reporting notes. Google decides whether a review is removed.

What kinds of reviews can Review Shield flag?+

The demo shows examples such as possible conflict of interest, spam, off-topic content, or personal information. Those are examples only, and each real review still needs policy review.

Pricing and Privacy

What will TitanReply cost?+

The pricing preview lists Starter at $39/month, Growth at $79/month, and Agency at $149/month. Purchases are disabled until launch.

Do I need a credit card to join the waitlist?+

No. The waitlist only asks for an email address. No payment is collected during prelaunch.

Is my data safe?+

TitanReply uses HTTPS, encrypts sensitive tokens before storage, and lists service providers in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.

Still need help?
